SLO Bytes is a PC Users Group dedicated to educating its members in the use of personal computers, digital devices and software. We also enjoy food and fellowship with like-minded computer geeks and geekettes.

SLO Bytes Monthly Meeting

We meet on the first Sunday of each month.
Our next General Meeting takes place on July 7th, 2019 from 12:45-3:30 pm

We meet in The SLO Guild Hall
2880 Broad Street
San Luis Obispo

Map available at

The First Session will feature Alan Raul moderating a Questions and Answers program from 12:45-2:00 p.m.
Usual topics include security issues, recent changes in Windows operating systems, tablets and smart phones as well as demos of software and hardware. Alan always encourages questions and observations from the audience.

In lieu of the customary break and the Second Session, SLO Bytes will hold its annual BBQ. Please join us for oak-grilled hamburgers with all the fixings.

The event is free for all SLO Bytes members as a benefit of your up-to-date membership. You may also bring one guest at no charge. For additional guests, we ask for a $5 per guest donation. Voluntary donations are also welcome!

If you missed signing the RSVP sheet that circulated at the June 2nd SLO Bytes General Meeting and plan to attend, please e-mail Earl Kaplan at letting him know that you'll be coming. If you plan to bring guests, tell him how many so that he can make appropriate preparations.
